Squeeezy is a macOS desktop application that allows you to upload video content to multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) simultaneously from your Mac. The App acts as a client tool — it connects to third-party platform APIs on your behalf using credentials you provide through OAuth authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected social media accounts. Squeeezy stores authentication tokens securely in your Mac's Keychain. You agree to:

By using Squeeezy to upload content, you are also bound by the terms of service of the platforms you connect to:
Squeeezy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Meta, or ByteDance.
Squeeezy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without prior written permission.
You retain all rights to the content you upload through the App. By using Squeeezy, you grant us no rights to your content.
Squeeezy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, failed uploads, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or any other damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
Your use of Squeeezy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of Squeeezy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at squeeezy.me/terms.
You may stop using Squeeezy at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
